Today is a day of dissolution - Pretty much the whole world knows we inaugurated a new President yesterday. Not an auspicious day. I was shocked at the rhetoric spoken during the event by the incoming President - very negative. Yesterday was a disastrous day to go to battle; huge casualties.

The Monkey energy is doubled today bringing chaos back in to the cycle, and it is based on earth energy. This situation is one where values are being put to the test; values that represent your ancestors and all they have brought forth for this incarnation and how they nourish and protect you (earth element).

The feeling is on of falling, but there is a bottom so the situation is not hopeless, as yin energy rises and we feel the yang give way there is possibility of negotiation. The danger is always in the behavior of the yang element. As yang has aged and experienced life, wisdom should be acquired. A critical aspect of that wisdom is knowing when to give way, when to retire.

Today we enter the belly of the dragon where the elixir that heaven bestows is made. There is a mandate and expectations to reap what is due. This is not the the normal fight to get what you want, but being humble is what truly reaps the rewards. The rabbit while magical and with strong legs, does not use force for success.

Today clarifies the chaos that came on yesterday.
